Using a navigation system (GPS) We recommend defining "Kurze Geismarstraße" as the target for your GPS. After you have reached Kurze Geismarstraße, just go ahead straight on until Jüdenstraße (see above). Driving directions In addition, you can read our driving directions:   Travelling by car via motorway BAB 7   Travelling by car via road B 3 or B 27  Travelling by train Travelling by car via motorway BAB 7: Please leave the motorway at the exit Göttingen/Dransfeld (no. 73) and drive in the direction of the city centre (four-lane roads Kasseler Landstraße and Groner Landstraße, about 3 kms). At the crossing Groner Landstraße / Berliner Straße turn off to the right and follow the Bürgerstraße, which is part of the streets that go around the city centre. Do not get confused by the traffic lights and crossroads. After about 1.5 kms you reach the first possibility to turn off to the left. Turn left and follow the Kurze Geismarstraße in the direction of the city centre until you reach the Jüdenstraße. You are close to our Hotel when you see the building of a bank (Volksbank) and a high-rise building in the background at the right (the New Town Hall). As guest of the Hotel Central, you have always the right to drive through the pedestrian precinct. [go to top] Travelling by car via road B 3 or B 27: Please drive until you reach the Bürgerstraße and then follow the above descriptions. Exception: If you arrive via B 27 from direction Friedland, drive straight on until Jüdenstraße. [go to top] Travelling by train Leave the Central Station at the main entrance and use the subway or another pedestrian crossing in order to reach the opposite Goetheallee. Go straight ahead, following the Prinzenstraße and the Theaterstraße until the latter crosses the Jüdenstraße. Now turn right into the Jüdenstraße.
